Are you covered by my insurance?
Amanda is not contracted with any insurance companies. However, some PPO insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. Please contact your insurance company directly to determine if you have out-of-network benefits. If so, Amanda will gladly provide you with a detailed receipt with the necessary diagnostic and billing codes that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
What are your fees and payment policies?
Please contact Amanda directly to discuss fees. Payment is due at time of service and accepted payment methods include check, cash, credit card and Venmo.
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes, virtual services are available through a HIPPA-compliant platform.
Do you offer a free phone consultation?
Yes, Amanda offers a free 20-minute phone consultation to mutually determine goodness of fit and discuss treatment planning.
